Dr. Tran is the founder of Transcend Medical and a board-certified Family Medicine physician committed to providing personalized healthcare, exceptional access, and a proactive approach to long-term wellness. Transcend Medical is a boutique Direct Primary Care practice built on the belief that healthcare should be personal. Through a limited membership model, Dr. Tran delivers the time, attention, and continuity of care that many patients seek but often struggle to find in traditional healthcare settings.

After completing his Family Medicine residency training at Evara Health in affiliation with Johns Hopkins All Children’s Hospital and BayCare Health System, Dr. Tran recognized a growing need for a more thoughtful approach to medicine—one that prioritizes meaningful physician-patient relationships, enhanced access, and proactive health optimization rather than rushed visits and fragmented care. His osteopathic training further shaped his philosophy of treating the whole person—recognizing the important roles that lifestyle, environment, prevention, and evidence-based medicine play in achieving long-term health and wellness.

Through Transcend Medical, Dr. Tran provides a modern healthcare experience centered on direct physician access, longer appointments, and individualized care plans tailored to each patient's unique goals. His clinical interests include preventive medicine, lifestyle medicine, metabolic health, hormone optimization, weight management, and helping patients maintain vitality and long-term wellness throughout every stage of life.
